Great news for the people and pets of Vermont. The Vermont Veterinary Medical Association has launched a statewide pet oxygen mask program. Emergency rescue organizations and first responders from around the state will be outfitted and trained to use oxygen masks.

Kudos to all who contributed time, effort and money to make this happen. The high level of compassion, care and concern that Vermonters extend to their pets is commendable.
